We identified an issue in the musiccompanion backend that caused requests to time out due to a database connectivity problem. The underlying connection issue has now been resolved.
All musiccompanion requests are being processed normally again, and services are fully operational. We will continue to monitor performance to ensure stability.

A security patch was automatically applied to all our backend clusters by our infrastructure provider.
The incident led to intermittent request failures between 04:30 CET and 05:00 CET.
All systems are back to their nominal state.
